Your forgetting Dean doesn’t have a copy ability either he merely used his ability to continuously look at the Renewal taekwondo and learn it in his spare time with practice, of course he won’t learn a new move on the spot with no training. Mori will Renewal taekwondo doesn’t have gravity manipulation, and renewal tawekwomdo doesn’t have resistances to being copied. Mori would lose in everything from speed, strength, stamina, durability and even technique as Garou interstates whatever martial art he sees into his own style were as Mori at his best has imitated lower moves but not entire martial arts styles. As you can imagine with Garou growing in the fight not even limit breaker will save Mori Nevermind Garou would just copy it, he can copy Mori martial arts while Mori can’t copy his as he hasn’t shown any feats of copying haxed martial arts but rather basic ones on a fundamental level. That’s the issue with someone like Garou who displays actual tactics in a fight while Mori honestly doesn’t. Long story short the pressure points are good but garou isn’t necessarily human he’s in the middle of his monsterisation and can easily just copy Mori and do the attack so Mori has to undo the pressure points then garou will copy that and remove the effects of himself too. The whole bypassing shields is due to the acupuncture points but due to applying sufficient force, same goes with negating regeneration and garou isn’t human, this before he’s a complete monster so half-monster who was constantly evolving, so basically current manga garou since he isn’t a monster yet and he already has great durability feats to suggest he pressure points won’t work.
Just on the acupuncture points I just wanted to stress it’s not as impressive as you make it sound, it only works because the user supplies sufficient force to trigger that pressure point once triggered the effects bypass durability since it’s the body causing the effects.
